The Company was organized in 1937 by Joseph Cicero and J.C. Williams, Jr. We are a job contract CNC machine shop. We specialize in machining and fabrication of parts for the chemical, fiber and various other industries. We manufacture single parts, production parts, subassemblies and complete assemblies, from steel, stainless, nonferrous and plastics. We have resources for heat treating, plating, coatings and castings. Our up to date facility features a full compliment of modern CNC and other equipment. We have excellent parts monitoring with material certification and record keeping for a minimum of 5 years.
